Once you place your order online, all orders are shipped from our boutique in Aurora within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays).
Canada Post shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way!
All orders will ship within Canada ONLY
Store Pick Up is available Monday through Friday, 11am-4pm.
Exchanges and Returns
Should you wish to return your purchase, please be aware of the following:
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and FINAL SALE.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Coup de Foudre will assume shipping costs if we have erred in any way with regards to processing or shipping.
- Coup de Foudre return policy applies to both our instore & our Online Store – we do not offer refunds. We will happily exchange (unworn items with tags on, excluding panties or shapewear) or issue store credit with the original receipt. You have 2 weeks on shipped items, from delivery date to claim a return.
- Promotional and discounted/sales items are FINAL SALE.
In-person returns on online orders 2 weeks from delivery date. You will require your original invoice. The item/items to be returned must be:
- Not damaged
- Have all original tags ON
- Be free of stains and/or scent
We reserve the right to decline an intimate apparel return if even one of the above criteria are not met. It’s imperative to be 100% certain of your size before ordering. We are happy to check your Customer Profile & have a one on one conversation to make sure that you are ordering the correct size.

Sales & Promotions
Online or in store Sales/promotions do happen & these items included in any promotion(s) will be FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be finalized and posted. We'll let you know via e-mail once your refund has been processed or your store credit applied.
For your convenience, returns can be made in person at the boutique.

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, our standard return policy still applies. Returns will be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift, or we can refund the amount to the original purchaser.
- Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part.
- Items should be packaged adequately to ensure the product isn't damaged in transit.
- If you purchased items using a discount code or promotion, I'm happy to honour the same code again for a one-time even exchange (e.g. new color or size in the same item).
- I can tell if you wore it. Honestly I can.
