While I hope you are delighted with your online & instore purchase, there are times where you wish to return your purchase, please be aware of the following:
- For hygenic reasons, no pieces with a gusset, or footwear/hosiery, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and FINAL SALE both in store & online
- Returns are not accepted in store. EXCHANGE ONLY (NO REFUNDS) within 7 days from the delivery date for instore & online orders
- Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless I have mistakenly sent the wrong size/colour.
- Sales/Discounted items are FINAL SALE no exceptions
In addition to having provided you with the Return Approval of online purchases, you will be required to meet the following criteria;
- Be in possession of the origianl invoice
- Item(s) need be unworn
- Item(s) need be undamaged
- All original tags & product packaging are ON the article
- Clean; no stains and/or scent from personal odour or fabric softener
I reserve the right to decline an intimate apparel return if even one of the above criteria are not met.
