- For the most accurate info, start by measuring your hips at the largest part of your bum. If you don’t have a tape measure, just go with your usual pant size.
- In between sizes? We generally suggest sizing down, unless you have juicy thighs, size up.
- Expecting? Choose your regular size for the first trimester—beyond that, size up.
